Stitched on 14 ct Navy Aidda with DMC floss. Metallic used was Madeira instead of Anchor. Mill Hill beads as recommended. Took roughly 20 hours to finish.

My Blackwork Exchange to Christie Rose

Tudor Rose stitched on 14ct aida with DMC 3325. Took 2 days to stitch and involved stitching with between 1 and 3 strands ina very finicky pattern. I did enjoy it but was glad to have it done. Christine has rceived this now. I finished with cardboard inserts and did a plain sew up on my sewing machine with finishing touches of white silky cording and a rose button to cover the loop.
