The Liebster Blog Award.
There are conditions attached to this award, so here is the text I copied from Elisabeth with my blogs added to the end.
Liebster is a German word meaning favourite, dearest or beloved.
The Liebster Blog Award is awarded by bloggers to other new bloggers who have fewer than 200 followers, to help spread the word about their blogs and to help them gain wider recognition.
The Liebster award comes with four conditions that each recipient must satisfy when accepting:
1. Choose 5 up-and-coming blogs with less than 200 followers to award the Liebster to.
2. Show your thanks to the blogger who gave you the award by linking back to them.
3. Post the award on your blog. List the bloggers you are giving the award to with links to their sites. Leave comments on their blog so they know about the award.
4. Share 5 random facts about yourself that people don't know about you.
The blogs I've chosen are:
1: Michelle at http://stitchcraftplace.blogspot.co.uk/
2: Sue at http://suesstitching.blogspot.co.uk/
3: Lisa at http://lisasneedlesandthreads.blogspot.co.uk/
4: Kathy at http://kathysdesignskreations.blogspot.co.uk/
5: Kath at http://kathsstitchingheaven.blogspot.co.uk/
All the blogs are people who I've met online and enjoy chatting with and viewing their works.
My Random Facts
1: My bedroom colours are Chocolate and Teal.
2: I'm addicted to Big Fish Games hidden objects games.
3: I have 80 geisha dolls.
4: I prefer reading to TV and have read over 3000 books.
5: I like pepper with pretty much everything.

Yiotas-XStitch. com
Something a little bit different for this post. I have been asked if I would like to receive a cross stitch kit to review so I said yes. There are a beautiful range of cross stitch kits at Yiotas and I chose the Donkey pair as my mum fell in love with them. The chart is large and very clear the instructions are some of the clearest I've read to date. The threads in this kit are Madeira, I'm usually a die hard always swap to DMC fan but I'm going to use these as they feel gorgeous. It will be my next project after I finish Kaleidoscope. If you're looking for a new project or just want to buy have a look at the cross stitch kits from yiotas-xstitch.com they also do cross stitch charts as well.
In other news my beloved netbook "Lappy" has died, yes He's buggered off to laptop heaven with no warning for me so I'm using my mum and dads huge lappy for the moment but hopefully I'll have another soonish. So the update may be few and far between however I should be a ble to make a hugggge dint in my wip pile.

Poppy Cushion
Charts taken from a recent issue of Cross Stitch Crazy. Will be made into a cushion. Stitched on 14ct aida with DMC threads. I adapted the border of the poppies as the charts were odd looking when put together, so I made them symetrical.
